I.T.P. RECORDS is proud to bring you this recently discovered collection of "Rare 60's & 70's Soul", entitled "SOUL GROOVES." This never before released set of (3) CD's includes the best of original' "Slow Jams", "Soul Classics", and "Mid Tempo Love Jams" that have been digitally remastered from the original 1960 & 1970 masters. This is a 'Must Own' collection which cannot be found on any other label. Many of the songs have come from the unique & soulful Los Angeles based label'Renfro Records' which were recorded primarily in 1966, 1967 & 1968 at the famous "Gold Star Studios" (owned by the legendary Phil Spector). These songs include live horn sections and full string orchestras, which is the way they did it back in the day, and this music has (until it's acquisition by I.T.P RECORDS) only been available on 45's.

In addition, we have added to this collection other important songs from the original I.T.P RECORDS catalog, plus some rare surprises! If you love "The Underground Oldies" series (produced by I.T.P. RECORDS exclusively) you will find this series of 'Soul Grooves' (Vol.s 1,2 & 3), which contain great 'Soulful Ballads' and "Soulful Mid Tempo" love songs, to be a wonderful addition to your collection of great music from this very important music era.
