I.T.P Records is proud to announce the release on cd and cassette of the long awaited and highly requested UNDERGROUND OLDIES VOL. 1, a compilation of 'rare and hard to find' soul oldies recorded by both East and West Coast Soul Groups during the 1960's and 1970's.

Unlike all other oldie compilations, this release contains 18 previously unreleased rare original tracks, digitally remastered on cd and cassette giving music fans nationwide the first opportunity to collect some of the most sought after R & B songs.

This extraordinary compilation includes rare songs by The Whispers, The Pretenders, The Brothers of Soul, Lee Willaims and The Cymbals to name a few. Note the incredible similiarity of The Entertainers IV to Billy Stewart; The Natural Resources to The Stylistics and The Hill Sisters to Linda Jones.

This compilation also contains the rare charted song, "Temptation Walk", which hit in the top twenty on the R&B charts in 1966. "Temptation Walk" also called "People Don't Look No More" was a tribute song to the Temptations stage act and the special dance move that became their trademark.
